Pulstar High Performance Pulse PlugsUp to 15% More Power!

What Sir Jack Brabham says of Fuelstar

"I have been using Fuelstar combustion catalysts for as long as some six years. During this time I have installed numerous units in cars, 4WDs, racecars, boats, motorcycles and go-karts. I have found the product to reliably enhance performance by increasing power and improving throttle response and to improve fuel consumption.
What Is Fuelstar? Fuelstar cannister

Fuelstar is a Stainless Steel canister about soft drink can size, which is plumbed into the fuel line. It contains specially designed cones of tin alloy, which using the vibration of the motor release microscopic tin particles into the fuel. These particles act as a catalyst to improve the combustion process.

Why Use Fuelstar?

Fuelstar allows leaded vehicles to run on unleaded fuel.
Achieves Fuel savings up to 20%
Improves power by 3-10%.
Lowers emissions.
Helps the motor to run cleaner.

What is the Guarantee?

Fuelstar comes with an unconditional 90 day money back guarantee. They are warranted free from manufacturing defect for five years or 500,000 km of travel, whichever occurs first.

How does it work?

The tin cones are at the entry end of the Fuelstar canister after a swirl plate. The cones are arranged loose with abrasive perforated separator plates between the rows. The numbers of cones in each model are matched to the size of the engine Fuelstar is to be fitted to, and the amount of fuel needed to be treated. At the exit end the treated fuel passes by powerful magnets, which assist in fracturing fuel hydrocarbon clusters through magnetic resonance (see the fuelmax page for more information). The Fuelstar process is activated by vibration which produces a rubbing action between the tin alloy cones and the seperator plates which releases very fine particles of tin (0.2 - 0.5 of a micron) into the fuel. These particles repel each other and the movement keeps them in colloidal suspension in the fuel. The tin alloy produces a catalytic reaction on the fuel during combustion at which time it is converted to a tin oxide. This reaction results in a more complete and cleaner combustion. The tin oxide formed helps clear carbon build up and coats the exhaust valve mating surfaces to alleviate valve seat recession.

Is it easy to fit?

Fuelstar is supplied complete with fitting instructions. As the unit has to be plumbed into the fuel line you need at least some degree of mechanical sense. Keep these five things in mind:

1) It is plumbed into the fuel supply line using pipe fittings supplied or in some cases specialist fittings, if you have any doubts - get a qualified mechanic to fit it.

2) The fuelstar should be as close as practicable to the carburettor, fuel rail, or injectors.

3) Any fuel filters in the system should be on the fuel-tank side of the Fuelstar (some early cars eg. Cortinas and Commodores have metal-thimble filters in the carburettor which interfere with Fuelstar and must be removed).

4) Ideally it should be mounted on the engine in order to gain maximum vibration.

5) If fitting to a leaded vehicle to run on unleaded fuel, Fuelstar can not repair any existing damage.
