Toyota Landcruiser: For many years these rugged 4x4's have ruled the roost in Australia and many other parts of the world, with very few problems apart from being a little under powered and not very fuel efficient, this is where Hiclone comes into it's own.
Hiclone will improve the power output of most vehicles which will in turn greatly improve your fuel economy.
It's not magic, Hiclone makes the air spin, the device doesn't move, it makes the air move. By spinning the air you'll do two very different but complementary jobs.
You'll get a much better air/fuel mixture giving you a more complete combustion, this gives you increased power from the fuel, so you'll not be putting your foot down so much, hence better fuel economy.
Also by spinning the air Hiclone creates a vortex that wants to and does suck more air in, again getting more air through the system gives you more power and economy.
In most vehicles 1, 2 or 3 Hiclones will work very well for you and 4x units if you have a snorkel, basically 1's good 2's better 3's best the 4's the ultimate.
If you want to go step further I would point you to install a K&N air filter.

Diesel: Installing a Hiclone into the inlet manifold or into the air induction pipe just before it will give you 5-15% increase in power & between 10-20% better fuel economy, placing a 2nd at the air filter end will give you 30-50% more than one unit.
Diesel / Tdi: Installing Hiclone near the inlet manifold will give you approx. 5-15% increase in power & 10-20% better fuel economy, placing a 2nd just after the inter-cooler will give you 30-50% more than 1x unit, placing a 3rd at the filter end pre-turbo will assist the turbo and bring it on up to 600 RPM earlier, this also helps your fuel economy.
Petrol Efi: Installing a Hiclone near the throttle body will give you 5-15% increase in power and between 10-20% better fuel economy, placing a 2nd unit at the filter end will give you 30-50% more than one Hiclone.
Snorkel: If you have a snorkel installing a Hiclone into the top of the down pipe will give you extra power and economy as it creates a vortex, that wants to and does suck more air in, it wont keep spinning past he filter but you'll get more a lot easier.
K&N air filters: We also market K&N filters (for over 30 years), the filters use an oiled pleated cotton gauze as the filtering medium, this allow up to 50% more air flow than standard paper filters, the easier your engine can breathe the better it performs and gives you greater fuel economy.
