Service station price boards allow customers to observe prices and take advantage of low fuel prices and competition. Petrol prices fall steadily due to service station operators aggressively discounting to attract customers. However, maximum discounts can only be sustained for short periods before the fuel prices are restored.

Fuel prices are more stable in regional areas because of a general absence of price discounting. This general absence of discounting in regional/country areas means that regional prices appear higher than fully discounted or average city prices. Higher transport costs also contribute to higher fuel prices in regional areas.

Petrol Efi: Installing a Hiclone 5-30cm back from the throttle body will give you 5-15% increase in power and between 10-20% better fuel economy, placing a 2nd unit at the filter end will give you 30-50% more than one Hiclone

Diesel / Tdi: Installing Hiclone just before the inlet manifold will give you between 5-15% increase in power & 10-20% better fuel economy, placing a 2nd just after the inter-cooler will give you 30-50% more than 1x unit, installing a 3rd unit at the filter end of the hose pre-turbo will assist the turbo and bring it on up to 600 RPM earlier this also helps your fuel economy.
